It is a non‑intrusive, hands‑on technique that involves no pressure, manipulation, or massage. Reiki supports the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—helping to release tension, ease stress, and restore a natural sense of harmony.

What to Expect During Your Session:


Reiki sessions are designed to be deeply relaxing.You’ll remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner uses light touch or hands‑off techniques.

Clients often experience warmth, tingling, or a soothing wave of calm. Emotional releases—such as tears, laughter, or a sense of lightness—can also occur as the body unwinds.


Before treatment, we’ll spend a few minutes discussing your needs and intentions for the day. Sessions typically last
30–60 minutes, and comfortable clothing is recommended so you can fully relax.
