The profound experience inspired me to pursue a degree in Spiritual Counseling. Through my grief journey, all I could think of was how I could share this holistic approach with others. Spiritual therapy takes a holistic approach to healing, focusing on improving mental and emotional well-being by exploring your spiritual beliefs, values, and practices. I assist people in discovering meaning on the journey of life, minimizing emotional trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, illness, grief and loss. We can also explore issues such as identity and purpose, guilt, shame and forgiveness. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy and integrative somatic and spiritual modalities, the goal is to help you access your highest self and gain an understanding of what gives your life meaning and purpose. By integrating thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and spiritual insight, you can grow through your pain, increase self-love, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, and develop compassion for yourself and others. Recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, spiritual therapy aims to provide a path to healing and growth by honoring and including spirituality in the therapeutic process.
